Keymark. We take care of it.

We take care of it.

How it works

Still doing it yourself?

We know. Delegating work to a stranger feels risky.

Keymark gives you the same point of contact for every assignment, every time. They are also the person doing the work. And they have senior-level experience. Revolutionary, we know.

When something needs handling, you know who to call. And they know you.

01

Define

Agree the outcome, context, priorities, deadline and what successful delivery looks like.

02

Delegate

Keymark takes responsibility for the work, manages the detail and keeps you involved at the level agreed.

03

Debrief

You receive the completed work with a clear summary, any outstanding considerations and the opportunity to review the outcome.

Personal by design

You know who is taking care of it.

From the first conversation, you have a single point of contact. What you need, the context of the task and how it should be delivered are discussed with the person responsible for seeing the work through.

01

One point of contact

Your brief, questions and updates stay with the person accountable for the work.

02

Your standards captured

What matters to you, how you want to be involved and what a good outcome looks like are established at the beginning.

03

Context retained

An understanding of your business, brand and working preferences is carried from one assignment to the next.

04

Honest about fit

If another service or specialist would serve you better, Keymark says so and discusses the options with you.

Kerris Horne · Keymark

Experience you can put to work.

I founded Keymark after more than 20 years in corporate operational roles, progressing from hands-on service delivery to senior leadership.

My career has involved building and running customer-facing services, leading busy teams, managing multiple projects and taking control of difficult work when progress had stalled. It taught me to move comfortably between strategy and detail, exercise sound judgement and understand the responsibility involved in representing someone else’s business.

Keymark was created for clients who need that scope of support. The work does not always fit neatly into a job description, so you should not have to decide whether a request belongs with a PA, a project manager or a fractional COO before you can delegate it. With Keymark, you have a dependable business partner who can understand what is needed and take responsibility for getting it done.

Exceptional service and strong client relationships have been central to my career. I understand that the work I handle may represent your judgement, your standards or your reputation. I treat that responsibility seriously.

If you think Keymark may be a good fit, send me a note. I would be delighted to hear what you have in mind.

Frequently asked questions

Before you delegate.

Practical answers about who does the work, availability, confidentiality and fees.

Will I deal directly with Kerris?

Yes. Kerris is your point of contact and is accountable for the work Keymark accepts. If another service or specialist would be useful, that is discussed with you first.

What can I ask Keymark to do?

Start with business administration, client work, projects, research, practical coordination, private administration or ChatGPT. Unusual but clearly scoped challenges are welcome. If another service or specialist would be more appropriate, Keymark will say so and, where useful, help identify the right kind of expertise.

Can Keymark create a custom GPT for me?

Yes. Keymark can design a custom GPT within ChatGPT for a clearly defined business or personal function, develop its instructions and prompt structure, organise the source material it needs, test its responses and show you how to use it. Keymark also creates prompt libraries and practical ChatGPT workflows where a full custom GPT is not necessary.

Do I have to sign up every month?

No. Use Keymark for one defined assignment, occasional hourly work or a monthly allocation. Monthly allocations provide reserved capacity and continuity for clients with a regular flow of work.

How do monthly allocations work?

Monthly time is reserved and paid for in advance. Work is recorded in 15-minute increments and you receive a simple summary of how the allocation is being used. If time is likely to run out, Keymark asks whether to stop, reprioritise or add hours before continuing. Unused hours normally expire at month-end because the capacity has been reserved.

What if I only need a few hours?

Ad-hoc work is S$100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. Keymark confirms an expected time or cost range, and a spending limit can be agreed before work begins.

Does Keymark provide 24/7 contact-centre or receptionist cover?

No. Keymark is designed around scheduled, accountable work rather than continuous live monitoring. Availability and response windows are agreed in advance, so you know what level of responsiveness to expect.

Can I use Keymark for both business and personal matters?

Yes. A continuing relationship may cover agreed business administration as well as practical personal or relocation tasks, provided each request is within scope.

How will confidential information be handled?

Information and access are used only as required for the agreed work. Any particular confidentiality, access or data-handling requirements can be agreed at the outset. Information is not passed to an associate or third party as part of delivery without that involvement being discussed with you.

Do I need to be based in Singapore?

No. Most administration, research, writing and coordination work can be handled remotely for clients elsewhere. Selected relocation and practical property-related work requiring attendance is available in Singapore, subject to location and scheduling.

Can Keymark work alongside professional advisers?

Yes. Keymark can research options, organise information, prepare questions, coordinate appointments and liaise with legal, tax, immigration, financial, HR or property professionals, while specialist advice remains with the appropriately qualified adviser.
